Responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily Investment Income Report to the management for decision making.
• Preparation of daily Fund Movement Report to the management for decision making.
• Preparation of monthly investment provision for Forex (PE & EFM) & diminution in value for KHAS, EFM & PE.
• Preparation of monthly transfer of unrealized gain/loss to reserve (Subsidiary, International Equity, International Global Bond, SSGA, WBT).
• Reconcile monthly investment balances (MGS, GII, Loan, Sukuk) for month end closing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly P&L and B/S & Cash Flow statement (individual & group) subsequent to month end closing.
• Preparation of monthly Income Breakdown to the management for decision making.
• Preparation of monthly Operating Expenditure Report to the management for decision making.
• Compile and preparing Tax Returns and submission to Inland Revenue Board.
• Ensure timely closure of the annual and monthly financial accounts.
• To assist in the timely submission of annual, quarterly & monthly accounts.
• To assist in the execution of external audit engagement in relation to the annual financial audit.
• To perform task as instructed from time to time.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree holder in Accounting
• Minimum total of 5 years experience in similar capacity
• Ability to handle full set of accounts, financial reporting and financial operation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
