• Umur 18 hingga 30 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan; q Lulus Bahasa Malaysia dalam Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) q Sihat tubuh badan - tidak cacat anggota
• tidak buta warna dan tidak berkaca mata
• Boleh membaca dan menulis q Sedia berkhidmat di mana-mana lokasi di rangkaian KTM Berhad

2. Finance Manage ( Account Payables)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring the accounting function of the Account Payable timely and monthly closure of sub-modules
• Overview, implement and update of the Account Payable operational procedures, ensuring that internal control have been appropriately and adequately instituted
• Responsible details checking, verifying and approving for payment to all of supplier claims under contract Agreement
• To monitor closely the ageing on outstanding creditors and payments to be made with-in time limit
• Monitor the timely submission of Trade Creditors reconciliations completely with supporting documents and justification
• Monitoring payment in foreign currency so as to minimize forex losses.
• To assists and co-ordinate the information on the exemption of import and sales tax to Ministry of Finance

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in Accounting i.e. ACCA, CIMA, MACPA or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting environment in an executive capacity
• Strong knowledge of relevant accounting standards (FRS)
• Strong MS Excel skill and working experience of computerised accounting system-ORACLE is an added advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a positive attitude, highly committed with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
