Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment.
- Manage customer relationships to increase share of wallet under the "Farmer" concept.
- Provide financial planning advice to customers.
- Meet the budget for AUM and CUM.
- Take initiative and run activities to source leads.
- Keep abreast of customers needs and market trends and competitors' programme offers and activities for targeted customers regularly.
- Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of banking/sales/marketing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Ability to speak a third language will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, etc.
- A team player who is proactive with a strong sales drive.
- Mobility/Willingness to travel.
